They have had a detailed plan for many a year its in the Announcements most recent the Announcements to the AGM and those resolutions they need to get passed to make sure the owners/shareholders cannot have a say in anything and further planning is to ensure their lollie jars are full and shareholders continue paying to fill those lollie jars on the basis of the long term planning by the BoD, some may call it a lifestyle.
