This is a very significant trial result because both of the dual administration routes (intraventricular & intratumoral) seem to be able to administer CHM 1101 without dose limiting toxicity. Wow!! That is a really mpressive outcome. Can see why the team seem so excited. Can't wait to see what happens with 3rd dose at 220 and efficacy. Excellent work by COH team. I've been in and out of CHM 4 times now since IPO but bought back in 2 weeks ago and holding long term. Of course, I expect a CR will be necessary in the future but that is the game and does not worry me at all. What a big milestone this is in my eyes. Huge!!
