Court has recommended that the New Acland Stage 3 Mining Linceses and Enviro applications be granted.
I'm no rocket scientist, but this i'd say this is fantastic news.
QLD govnt will have no choice but to grant the licences. There is now nothing in the way of NA Stage 3.
