This to me reads as a fabrication announcement, since the title of the announcement is "Fabrication Agreement with Earth Mountain".
AKP Comms are the poorest, vaguest and most convoluted of any ASX company. Period.
Also i encourage those interested to view both English and Chinese versions of Earth Mountains website. Show very different content with deep ties back to Israel ORAD.
