Everything is looking so promising yet SP is declining?

Due to just general market sentiment re: Tech or is there something in the companies fundamentals scaring investors away?

A lot of positive recognition for the management team, increasing presence through all of their marketing channels (Pentador, wildcats, sponsored gamers, bus advertisement etc etc.

Increasing "on net" subscribers aka increased profitability monthly

Increasing their wireless broadband range (increased potential for on-net clients) and increasing the available speeds through Terragraph

Business is growing in so many ways yet SP down over 50% from ATH. Granted it could be seen as overvalued at $1.10 in some peoples eyes but given the progress since then, a decrease of 50% seems oversold, unless there is something I am missing.

All information disclosed in the above discussion seems like the general sentiment during the AGM was positive. There must be something that was discussed that could have scared people away?
