FAR may have those rights and that authority, but so to do Petrosen. Naturally as operator FAR will be handling all the wheelings and dealings. If Senegal and Petrosen do not renew FARs permits. They have the rights and authority as a licensee to use the data to market the acreage. This is what im highlighting. Chinese are already sweet talking governments to do the dirty on majors. Petrosen could boot FAR and welcome China or any other company. A pledge of $100 million for a drill campaign and its on.
Hopefully, FAR get this damn renewal and a new JV partner to go with it.
