once we have finalised the capex funding (de-risked to the max) and CERTAINTY reigns supreme, we will surely climb to reflect the ~ $1.7bn AUD ($1.2bn usd) NPV10 over time.
MKT needs reassurance that a "heavy" cap raise will not eventuate (it shouldn't given the modest funding we need, ~1:4 raise at worst) and this should re-rate fast.
Once the cashflows start rolling in, hoping we receive our SP in annual divs alone!
