Ok. So it looks like we are going into the vote blindfolded with a cigarette hanging out of the corner of our mouths.
A few have suggested they will vote no in this scenario.
So who is going to put their hand up as submitting a no vote as things stand?
I can probably offer just over 1.8m No votes.
