I posted recently that I believe another offer will come along soonish. SIQ is a great business, generating lots of cash with very, very sticky customers.
I don’t believe a low ball offer will succeed. Directors recently knock back the lower, revised offer of $9.30 per share from TPG.
I reckon something above $9.75 would win the board over.
