If you set up a company and trade as a company, the company will pay tax on profit at the company tax rate. You can then pay yourself dividends which will be subject to your personal tax rate but you will receive franking credits for the tax the company has paid.
If there is no company created, you will just be simply taxed at your personal tax rate.
