This is a lesson I learnt a while ago. If there is a material announcement imminent & the price is underpressure then it isnt going to be what the market is wanting to hear, on the flip side if the price is rising then it is a good announcement.

Im not suggesting insider trading as I know thats illegal .......but it certainly seems like that

Moving on, this is just a small hurdle if the DFS is positive & come feb next year all will be ontrack.

Expect downward pressure on the SP which might create an opportunity to average down. Or the price trades sideways which would indicate the recent drop priced in this delay already (insider trading).
