Mate....the decision was bulls**t, plain and simple. There is overwhelming evidence that smoking causes lung cancer, but you can still buy them at you local servo, can't you??

You say there is no processes in place to guide the usage.....but I can walk into any liquor store and buy 2 bottles of vodka, then go home and drink both and die.

All these regulatory bodies every do...is just cover their arse. The anecdotal evidence is out there but they are far too conservative to think outside the box. They want definitive proof that 1+1=2....even though they already know the answer !!! As I said, it's bulls**t !!!
