Bit of dreaming going on. So the BOD call a trading halt and a suspension. Always a chance the raise falls through as it has not been finalized. We are caught with our pants down. Far to risky. Brokers etc would have the BOD firmly by the ' bxlls'. Terms may all of a sudden change.
We come out of the halt and get absolutely smashed if it fell through. .
Does anybody really believe a TH and suspension would have been a viable option!!!
Far, far to risky and the BOD was only to well aware of that.
