exactly when do you anticipate that Anderson will release details of "a" successful and meaningful JV for the iron ore?

Will it be on the eve of the Rights Issue closeoff ( in order to ensure funds are received) or prior to the AGM?

Wonder if they plan to justify allocation of 4m shares to both directors as a success fee/bonus?

My conclusion is that the current Board members were a party to destroying shareholder wealth by not keeping Thomas in check last year and now seek additional reward (beside their renumeration package) for keeping ady from going into administration.

I was told before last years AGM that YA Global was ready to give them a reasonable loan to clear debts in exchange for shares at around 2-3cents. The offer was never taken up. Why you ask? Maybe Thomas prefered the sale of Rincon option which had him consulting with his buddies in Argentina . You know the ponds and tin shed project which the Board said had little value!

Hope that shareholders give the Board a grilling this AGM. They definitley were shy last year.ADY had security and legal reps in attendence who ended up having nothing to fear.
