hi @writer, would really love to know what you think may be going on in the background?
I know I winge etc about the sp and don’t offer much in research and am generally a sook. but have been in these situations before and more often than not it is just that the company is overvalued and the market is not interested.
I’m not naive enough to think that the non-announcement of the Lowry resignation was an accident, management may be daft, but they would have known it would have been detrimental to the share price had it been announced and chose not to.
I also firmly believe there is no way that the raising was done in the best interests of current holders, if they could have raised the 11 million straight off the bat, then they should have. It shows confidence from big holders/instos.
Instead they have a lowsy 3 million and unless they have a plan up their sleeve won’t be getting much more from the retailers, maybe that was the plan and moelis will take up the slack. but it’s not underwritten and no mention of management taking up their commitments, which shows even less confidence in the raise.
amyways I hope you are right and I am wrong. But something feels out of whack to me and not in the good way you are implying.
sincerely hope I am wrong and all these collaborations Etc bring in some serious dollars sooner rather than later.
