The ADO R and D team have done wonders. It is a lack of urgency and leadership as well as deal making ability that is holding ADO back. Yes we have new board members but is there is not a fundemantal change in how the business is run like agresssive balls to the wall energy then I think we all know the solution. If I was the Chair and CEO I would be working through the festive period otherwise they lack a SENSE OF URGENCY!
