Following Friday's embarrassing ruling by the Takeovers Panel I feel you will find the next two weeks could see many NME shareholders take up a very generous offer and jump ship, possibly a significant share price drop on Monday.
You and your fellow BoD's are up for $50K in costs you can't throw back at the company, what an embarrassment to your shareholders.
One last question...what has happened with the tailings? Your shareholders must be interested.
