Yes, the same old pattern will arise. They will drain their cash. Make more promises even though the previous promises have not materialised OR people have forgotten about the past failed promises and then raise more money.
Many have I suspect worked out the sociopathic nature of the people running this company. They have no conscience making up promises and wasting people's hard earnt money.
