Just my view petey, I think resolution 2 may be a mistake as phil resigned prior to the general meeting being announced possible it went to print before he resigned, each to there own how they want to vote, my personal view is blackwood have done nothing for oropa but sell there stock down so why keep Ian on when he is clearly pat of the blackwood group, also going by the last announcement phil was a signifcant part bringing "MAC" into Oropa & since then we have seen a nice rise in share price.

As for the share price atm, we need some on screen support looking terrible atm :( but im sure we will bounce back again soon enough :)
