if my prediction for next CY is correct that ICI generates $35m revenue & $15m GP, then yes, 10¢ is actually low balling because FFG has 192.5m ICI shares which would then be worth $96.25m alone, if ICI has a P/E of 40 which equates to ~50¢ SP for ICI. (FFG's current MC is $50.77m @ 4.9¢ & ICI's current SP is 13¢)
i know lots of "ifs" but i've tried to be conservative with my estimates here:
