It's unclear why JLG didn't allow the standard maximum $30000 per holder, but instead has gone for a ratio, and subsequently allowing us to double that through our application. This arguably advantages large holders such as the Directors, who to their credit are taking up many shares.
I have nothing against the Board, as it does a stellar job with holders large and small alike seeing massive recent capital growth in the SP.
However the offer is not quite as equitable as it could be.
