The BOD appear to be very keen to ensure the success of this Agreement. See below.
You, no doubt, have noticed that the Investor walk-away-price for Tranche 3, Agreement Mark 1 was $0.14. The walk-away-price for Tranches 2 & 3 of Agreement Mark 2, is $0.085.
What does that say about the BOD's share price confidence. Use your own imagination, that's something you have in spades.
