Well not really as many contracts lock in the price - and with the expected shortage of graphite and increase in market rates its a brilliant agreement to maintain market rates for 6 years - Im certain Traxys would of been trying to negotiate a fixed price contract - the options shareholders need to approve is a pittance on what traxyz is bringing to the table
