It is so embarrassing to read comments against the company when it has a binding contract of around a billion dollar.When there is an agreement between two parties, there are obviously conditions to meet from both sides.This is similar to many other binding contracts in ASX listed companies too.As far as price per ton is concerned, it is more beneficial to MNS to go for future market price of graphite.Please see the potential prices of critical materials around 2024/25 before writing a word.
