Ive done further analysis to the capital structure on the fears that people have been selling
I think barely anyone from the prospectus within the top 20 (not including your usual pip flippers) have sold anything significant. Kim Hogan sold some but still holds a significant parcel. Grist sold a couple but again still holds a significant parcel. Barely any have moved, so Im not sure whats all the fear mongering about fiftyone capital selling etc.
Top 20 tight, they are not in it for pips.
Only thing I wasnt sure about was when Jason split his shares to Warambi. People back then were saying a possible divorce. Im not sure but that was a while back and those shares came out of escrow back in July (6 months ago). Im sure if it was an ex partner and she was selling shed be close to all out by now.
THe only shares IMO changing hands at the moment is stale retail holders selling to the buyer off screen. All IMO
