the Act ... appears to deprive the Company of its acquired rights (including under the Company's exploration licence) and effect an expropriation without compensation.

The Company is requesting a meeting .... to discuss these two options or remedy mechanisms should no suitable development options be available (my emphasis)

So Daniel is essentially saying - compromise or we'll tell you how much compensation we want. But we know you won't compromise, so pay us what we want or go to Court.

Just imagine what other miners are thinking. What a mess.
