Is BLY still subject to SPP mechanics? If so, then does charting have much relevance?

Can't be sure about the former, keep expecting the dust to settle, but very optimistic with the company's position after the recapitalisation and ongoing mining boom.

Suspect the next 2009 forecast P&L and 2010 guidance, as conservative as they'll be, will move the SP along somewhat. But I'm also bewildered by the current selling and hope it relates to final SPP factors. Be interested in others opinions on this.
