Good post Matteomc. Think the raising would have a retail component to it due to the size of funds needed.
Regarding TKG from my reading it seems they want to hang on to their holiding and sell once Hamptom is converted to a listed entity through Metminco. This way they will get full liquidity and thus higher price for their stake. But like you point out they will have trouble raising the cash to maintain their level of investment. BBY suggest that they held only 34,000 on Dec O8.
