Agree that this is probably the gist of what happened. Out of curiosity, where do you arrive at the 5% figure from? Just not aware of it mentioned anywhere though I recall of some estimates from brokers which were probably a little higher than that.
FYI, it seems the shortages in Australia have eased in a lot of areas. There actually seems to be stock in a lot of areas that other posters recently mentioned being out of stock.

Mornington peninsula has been repeatedly reported as long-term out of stock (@Cotton2103), now pretty fully stocked it seems.
These are for Stage 1 as of right now. Will be interesting to keep an eye on to see if they sell out. It's worth noting that around a month or so ago, they were recruiting for a number of new 'territory managers' in VIC and NSW, so perhaps this will bring a finer grained focus on management of stock levels in these states.
