I fully agree,no risk,no reward,just stating that many might seem obvious,,but in a court system,those whom are a landlord are looked upon as the dreaded demon.If the future hold a return into the property market,I feel you have to be in the house to look after your investment, you`ll find out how little right you have as a landlord if ever the **** hit the fan,learn`t a lawyer funded lesson there.Share I believe more secure as you don`t initially invest as much to get a return,also speccies are the best,as many adviser get kick backs from the bleeding obvius.
