Anyone have any thoughts on this acquisition? Buying 50% of the business for 0.27x FY21 sales & 0.14x FY22 sales?
As BT Energy isn't publicly traded i cant find any financials. Is this company profitable etc? Based on $3.6m in sales I would think not?
I'm sure David has something up his sleeve here to extract value from BT energy to fit within the GenusPlus group.
