You're right on this point. TLG might be cleaner than NVX in production, but I don't know how it's cycle life is. It's rumoured to be really good and can replace some synthetic, but we have actual numbers for NVX which shows it's the best out there.
Would be nice if these 3rd party companies could include cradle to grave numbers, assuming 100% (i.e. unblended) AAM use.
In either case it will be cleaner than shipping it from China, and I think both companies will be successful in their current countries (US / Europe)
