Ann: Beam Receives Record Quarterly Orders for ZOLEO Units, page-17

I've now taken a small position in BCC which appears to be an interesting company with good potential, and I am continuing to research the company as far as possible. Can anyone tell me about the situation with the Zoleo orders to the JV entity - do all the Zoleo orders go through the JV entity ? I'm just wondering if the ASX anns which always seem to say that Zoleo units will be sent to the JV represents their only route to market ? I'm just trying to deduce how to evaluate the total Zoleo sales (I realise the orders take several months to prepare before being sent to the JV and then invoiced).
