The board does worry me. The first part of their statement sounds terrific I.e. “significant potential both in Australia and overseas. Strongly profitable no corporate debt”. Sounds like a dream company to run and a bit of patience would see everyone rewarded.
however they then seque to “shares are undervalued and keen to maximise value”. Sounds like code for “we are going to sell it for the best price we can extract and everyone will be ok with it. Stuff the fact that in 2 years it could be twice that. Bird in the hand etc”.
