I understand the questions you are posing, and the answers youd like to have.
However, regardless of his motives, ive never ever known a Co Director that spends over $1 mill of their own money to increase their holding, as a bad thing for Shareholders. I think we can rest comfortably with his recent top up.
These Directors are absolute rippers in my opinion.
