I tend to agree, looks like HRZ management have progressed Pennys find ahead of schedule and at the verge of production and further higher capital costs. Unfortunately for LRL and their shareholders it has taken place during a period when they are cash poor or priorities elsewhere. Win for HRZ as we now get the entire project in our name for a song, much closer to development stage.
