Good article & very pertinent. See particularly the section entitled Environmental and social risks.
GGG really needs to do a really good PR job in my view, starting with greater involvement with and by the people of Narsaq. That would probably get them further faster as well as place them in a better posture for the long term than litigation ---- even if they win (which I believe they would in the end).
