I wasn't posting it as news, I was posting it as an example of how LAC was not an original party to the lawsuit but asked to participate ("intervene") to protect and defend its interests. And yes, LAC is up 24% from then, and not much more can be expected until there is more than a ruling on the request for a preliminary injunction, and then the lower court's final ruling is appealed to the pro-environment 9th Circuit.
