If you want my honest opinion Australand is a far better company than Goodman. More transparent, better NTA low gearing and all in Australia. No risky exchange rate derivatives. Looks like the market agrees.
A larger company's debt should trade at a premium to smaller company, so as this is not the case here it should be a warning for you guys.
