    Created no equity return for their shareholders over the past 12 months based on the current shareprice but want to reward themselves and their employees with a whole lot of free options.....how about rewarding the shareholders first (i.e the ones that pay your salaries)?

    25% of the company in free options....disgraceful

    Disgusted to say the least.
