I think we have to remember this is the finalisation of an underwriting agreement that was struck a long time ago, when there was considerably more risk. Although I am running off my aging and failing memory so could be incorrect, but I recall something be done along these lines quite a while ago. that said, with the benefit of hindsight, quite an outstanding deal for the underwriter. Definitely not a fan of it, but I’m fairly sure this wasn’t a deal that has been orchestrated recently
