ATM, all options are in play right now so you cannot say with any certainty that a case will not happen. And of course, it is not in anyone's interest.

If you dig (no pun intended lol) Risk Theory, every viable option is considered via a risk/consequence matrix. The risk of a court case might be low, but the consequences would be catastrophic for the country. Which, in classic risk theory, you would try to avoid like the proverbial plague.

Whatever the compromise is, it needs to happen pretty soon otherwise the trigger will be pulled. Sad but true.
