I think you may need to do some research mate, because you really have no idea what your talking about.
So you would suggest a CR which would haver a much greater dilution, not understanding what your really trying too get at, but then again I remember reading something of yours on MRC and how you think they are going great guns and people can't see the potential etc etc, when in actual fact they are near to closing the doors since the whole Caruso fiasco,
SH have been raped by MRC and its board.

If you are going to state something like you have make sure you have the correct information first.
