I think there are a couple of things holding NQM back. There are still some SPP takers who are looking to offload their stock (I am one of them), which I suspect has put a drag on the share price over the past month or so.

I also think that NQM paying a dividend is a bad thing for people expecting returns similar to FML, RED, SLR etc. It seems to me that goldies paying a dividend like NQM, BDG, NCM and LGL, although not as volatile and risky, just don't get the investors interested. I guess people in this end of the market prefer businesses to reinvest in their projects through exploration and whatnot rather than return it to shareholders.
