If a downgrade was to come, it would have come by now.. Appen has continiously been advertising 4500 to 5000 jobs throughout this year so the work does not seem to be slowing down.. I have also seen many jobs advertside for specific local Asian locations so they are definitely spreading wings in the New Markets.
