Anything tonight below 20m will mean gsk are behind schedule in their upgrade of production(to 60m doses per yr) - and anything behond $30m will mean they are ahead of their stated schedule - it's as simple as that - the important part will be announcments re- future production/sales and approvals for increase to 190m doses from quarter beginning jan 2010. anything behond this will be a bonus and infact acheiveing 20m royalties at this point of the game will also be great news. It's important not to get too far ahead of ourselves on this(tonights announcment) remember it is now only one part of the biota equation - imo only one third of the equation - the other two thirds being made up by LANI and the rest of the pipeline. imo if we achieve 20m royalty we are where we should be at $3-4 per share. anything behond that for relenza royalty and lani /pipline is plus $,s exponentially.
