Hello all, Here are the resons why i think LRC is under valued. most likely 1 BILLION DOLARS in deposits will be announced shortly.
there for: will need to make a capital raising. at least 50 million dollars worth for a project of that size. eg 5 cents at 1 billion. will put a market cap of 80 million dollars. assume they will produce 120k ounces a year at a net profit of 10% will give them a pe ratio of 6.5 but if the sahre price rises to 10 cents and capital raising is doneat thos leels then only 500 million shares will need to be placed. and earning per shre will be greater. which ever way you look at it LRC is in great shape and curetly way way under valued. i belie when the annoument will b as long as it 1 million or above LRC will be valued at 100 million dolars which will see the stock rise to 13-14 cents. then a rasing at 10 cents will look very attractive. dont forget that area of chilie is very rich in gold. and will brig great future for LRC.
