Expected merger will occur first half of 2022 (VPC have three SPAC mergers occurring in the first half of 2022). $$$$$ should be earned and generated this financial year.
Not certain of the amount to be earned through PAC, but we should get an indication with Bakkt SPAC merger the sole SPAC merger to report in the first half of this year.
