Whilst I twiddle my thumbs awaiting a fax from a bank- give it 2 hrs with a missed page, I have to repeat what a poster said on another PEN thread: "Boxes have not been unticked".
In 4 months, there has not been a cross in a box.
If you think that a retrace due to the 'broader market' is a reason to sell PEN, then sell. Sell them to me.
