I simply don't want netwealth shares. Unlike Praemium who have been on the rise - NWL shares have been dropping for a while and I suspect will continue to. Don't want them, won't vote to accept them. I'd rather hold onto my praemium shares for the long term and let the takeover slide away then get issued their script.
